For context: Leaders Creating Leaders provides mentorship & coaching to K-12 & college band directors and student leaders. We provide student-facing workshops as well, in consultation with the director. Our footprint is already nationwide via prior clientele/contacts and a recent social media push. We focus on band directors in the first 5 - 8 years of their career. Our services fill the gap called, 'what they didn't tell you in college', and are priced for affordability. The Project: We are a bunch of mostly volunteers working something we're passionate about as a 'side gig'. We need you to help us think of the things we wouldn't, and plan for implementation, e.g. -Business operations - mostly remote and asynchronous via Slack. Division of labor, workflow automation & app integration -Legal, e.g. contracting with clients, our consultants on 1099 contracts, and student interns (need setting up.) -Product analysis for client impact, profitability, scalability, etc. -Growth plan: fill current coaching capacity, add coaches + QC, scale via online subscription content -Coordinate w/ marketing team (if both projects accepted)
