| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | We would like assistance with growth strategy. As a small firm in a niche industry/market, we have historically grown our property management and real estate consulting business organically by word-of-mouth referrals, and our employee count tends to stay between 14-17 people with relatively low turnover and people "wearing many hats". In 2022, we updated our website and began to implement a social media strategy, but have received feedback that what services we provide as a business are not clear to everyone. Our current client base is high net-worth individuals who own real estate assets and generally hold long term to pass on to the next generation. Understanding where and how to reach this group or expand our customer base would be helpful.

| Project Synopsis: Expected Results | We are a profitable company, in large part thanks to our supplemental services of real estate consulting, advising and transaction work, but we would like to have the income from our property management accounts cover our bottom-line expenses and have the supplemental income as additional revenue. Over the past few years, we have had this in mind, but have struggled to outline and execute a strategy to achieve that result. Updated website content and a marketing/communications strategy that we can implement would be helpful. Having defined goals for growth and an outlined strategy to meet and measure those goals would also be great.
