We are trying to identify upcoming construction projects in various sectors as quickly as early as possible in the project life cycle.  
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
  • Identify resources, publications, databases, government records, websites, social media feeds and other resources that contain the applicable information. 
  • Define a strategy for harvesting the information from the identified resources. 
  • Develop technological solutions or practical strategies for synthesizing the information gathered from these sources.  
  • Create a strategy for our sales force to utilize the gathered information.    
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
  • We come up with a list of resources that our business can consistently utilize to identify upcoming construction projects in various sectors as quickly as early as possible in the project life cycle.
  • We develop a technological solution, or if that is not possible, a practical strategy for harvesting information from these websites and synthesizing it for our sales force.
  • We create a sales and marketing strategy for utilizing the gathered information.
