The core goal or pain point for us is a lack of resources to get us in front of the right buyers and new MSPs / MSSPs. There is only one marketing person, so she has to cherry-pick priorities to keep our brand awareness growing. One area where we need a MUCH bigger presence is VIDEO! We have a limited YouTube channel, but we need more, and we need videos that are engaging and compelling.
